What this program delivers

Leaders in Training (LiT) is a quarterly event organized by the Rwanda Pharmaceutical Students' Association (RPSA/AEPHAR) through the Vice-President office, in collaboration with other student-led associations. It serves as a platform for aspiring future healthcare leaders to strengthen their leadership skills, management knowledge, and confidence.

The program equips the future health workforce with leadership and management skills required to fulfill leadership roles in global health settings, especially when engaging with policy making. This immersive gathering brings together students, educators, and medical-field professionals, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and practical leadership growth.
